Shipping Policy

Product Returns

You can return any item for any reason if the following conditions are met:

  • Product(s) must be received in resalable condition.
  • - We must receive product(s) within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
  • - We reserve the right to apply restocking fee of up to 25% for any product return. Restocking fee is charged on case by a case basis and generally we waive this fee for single cabinet returns and exchanges. Restocking fee does not apply to product samples.
  • - You must contact us to obtain return authorization number prior to shipping the product. All products must be shipped via delivery services that provide shipment tracking information.
  • - You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will be glad to help arrange the return shipping for you; in this case the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
     

Shipping Policy

Usually we ship cabinet orders in 3-4 business days after date of order. Certain cabinet styles are shipped in 5-15 business days. The shipping time depends on particular cabinet style. Shipping time estimate is displayed on cabinet style pages below product specifications. Items marked as "Special Order" may require more preparation time. Orders can be shipped within 48 states in the continious USA. We do not ship to Alaska and Canada. Standard transit time is 3-5 business days; some coast to coast. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are shipped in ready to assemble packaging unless otherwise noted. All delivery dates you see on the website are estimates based on previous experience. You will be provided with tracking information and shipping company contact details.

All full kitchen orders are shipped through freight carriers. We are unable to specify particular company who will handle your shipment because we request shipping quotes from multiple shipping carriers after customer place an order. We choose the most efficient carrier in terms of transit time, shipment safety and price. The shipping price you see on the website is the final price; it will not change later on. We provide free shipping for all cabinet orders of $1600 and above. Appointment is required for all freight shipments, freight company will call you on the phone number submitted during registration and/or checkout process. Most single cabinet orders and accessories are shipped through UPS or FedEx delivery services. If any product on your order is not available to ship out, you will be notified about it; partial order will not be shipped unless we receive your permission to do so. In most cases we can find similar cabinet to replace the unavailable one.

Shipping Damage Policy

We strive to minimize shipping damage by choosing reputable shipping carriers and packaging products carefully. However, there are no damage proof items and sometimes we have to deal with shipping damage. All shipping damages fall into two main categories: visible and concealed damage.

Visible Damage. Any noticeable damage to shipment must be noted on delivery receipt. Driver will ask you to sign delivery receipt, note damages before signing the receipt. If any item inside box(es) damaged, report the damages to us within 6 calendar days after receipt of shipment. Be prepared to submit damage photos and delivery receipt scan.
Concealed Damage. If you find damaged items inside undamaged box, report the damages within 6 calendar days after receipt of shipment. Be prepared to submit photos of damage.
If any shipping damage is reported in more than 6 calendar days after receipt of shipment, we will not be able to provide replacement parts at no charge. Shipping companies usually do not accept damage claims that are submitted late.

 

Missing Items

Count all items at the time of delivery. Product shortage is unusual and rarely happens but should be handled properly.  If anything is missing, note the shortage on delivery receipt. All cabinet boxes have product code printed on them (e g W0936 or B30) for easier identifying.
